Upadek Michael’a Jackson’a.
Na pytanie kto jest królem popu znam tylko jedną odpowiedź, Michael Jackson. Co spowodowało to, że po 25 latach człowiek uznawany za największą gwiazdę muzyki pop, jest dzisiaj na samym dnie. Michael Jackson swoją karierę rozpoczął w zespole rodzinnym “The Jackson Five”, po wilekim sukcesie tego zespołu w roku 1980 Michael postanowił odejść z niego i zacząć karierę solową. W 1982 roku nagrał krążek”Thriller”, który uznawany jest za najlepiej sprzedający się album świata, spekuluję się że krążek ten został sprzedany w 105 milionach egzemplarzy. W USA płyta ta była 27 razy pokryta platyną. Następne 4 albumy nie sprzedawały się już tak dobrze, jak w przypadku “Thriller’a”, lecz stanowiły one potwierdzenie kunsztu tego muzycznego geniuszu. Ostatnim albumem wydanym przez Michaela Jackson’a był album o nazwie “Invivible”, uzany za wielką klapę. Toteż spowodowało to, że dzisiaj król popu ma depresję i jest uzależniony od leków. Moim zdaniem po wielkim sukcesie Thriller’a i czterech kolejnych Michael Jackson miał tyle pieniędzy (około 1,3 mld USD), że po prostu trochę zdziwaczał, stał się ekscentrykiem lecz nie sądzę, że to by była przyczyna jego upadku. Sądzę, że Michael Jackson osiągnął taki sukces, dzięki wilekiemu geniuszowi muzycznemu oraz umiejętnosci wykorzystywania mediów do sprzedaży płyt i tak myśle, że to one go pogrążyły. Media po 1993 roku, kiedy to okazało się, że Michael oskażony został o molestowanie seksualne, wywołały wielką nagonkę na gwiazdora. Pogrążały go poprzez wypisywanie często nieprawadziwych rzeczy. Tak myślę, że Michael załamał jeszcze ten długi proses o kolejne molestowanie, który rozpoczął się w 2003 roku i trwał 2 lata ( zakończony całkowitym uniewinnieniem gwazdy). Jackson zaczął brać leki na depresję przez co się od nich uzależnił. W 2007 roku wykryto u niego niewydolność wątroby. Dla fanów artysty mam jednak trochę pozytywnych informacji, otóż Michael Jackson planuje wileki powrót na scenę. Dla mnie mimo jego występków zawsze będzie ikoną muzyki Pop.
